Today Porter had his two week check up. They did a CT scan and everything looks great. He is circulating the fluid correctly and the brain is functioning at a normal level. Tomorrow we get his stitches out. Yeah! We got the OK to go to Denver for Thanksgiving so watch out Grammie we are coming over the river and through the woods!
Another update...I miscarried the baby this week. We are disappointed but understand that everything happens for a reason. Thanks again for all your love and prayers!

i forgot you had a blog! i'm so glad your little guy is doing better, i can't imagine going through that.
i'm sorry to hear about your baby too. I'm so thankful for the plan of salvation to comfort us during hard times like this.
tell the family hi up in thanksgiving.. i remember so many really great holidays with you all! :) and i will never forget my most favorite Christmas of all when we pretended Christmas day even though it was christmas Eve and then the day of we had so much fun out on the dunes. Good times!
