This morning the doctors signed us out, and the nurses disconnected us from all of the lines. The car was pack and bald Porter was loaded up in the stroller and we had the green light to go. As we got ready to leave the room our nurse got on her 2 way radio and said “Mr. Porter is officially discharged” We walked into the hall and there were cheers and applause from all of the wonder medical professionals that have cried with us, laughed with us and prayed with us for the past 25 days. I cried, Porter ate it up by waving and throwing kisses. Words cannot describe the overwhelming feeling of love, gratitude and relief that I am experiencing right now. Thank you all for your prayers, love and support.
